SMITH <br />Clerk to the Board <br />December 3, 2013 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD) met at the <br />County Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, December 3, <br />2013. Present were Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan, and Commissioners Joseph E Flescher, Bob <br />Solari, and Tim Zorc. Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis was absent. Also present were County <br />Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney Dylan Reingold, and Deputy Clerk Leona Adair <br />Allen. <br />Chairman O'Bryan called the meeting to order at 12:36 p.m. <br />15.13. 1. WORK ORDER No. 1 TO NEEL SCHAFFER, INC. FOR 2014 <br />MASTER PLAN UPDATE <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />Commissioner Solari, the Board by a 4-0 vote (Vice <br />Chairman Davis absent) approved and authorized the <br />Chairman to execute Work Order No. 1 with Neel - <br />Neel -Schaffer, Inc., in the amount of $148,202, to provide <br />engineering services related to the 2014 Solid Waste <br />December 3, 2013 1 <br />Solid Waste Disposal District <br />BK144 PG 664 <br />
