8.H. APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 TO TECHNICAL ELECTRIC SYSTEMS, <br /> INC. FOR ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR INSTALLATION OF A NEW GENERATOR. <br /> MUFFLER AND DAY TANKAT THE SOUTHRO WATER PLANT <br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner O ' Bryan, SECONDED <br /> by Commissioner Zorc, the Board unanimously: ( 1 ) <br /> approved Change Order No . 3 to Technical Electrical <br /> Systems, Inc. (TES , Inc. ) ; (2) approved the payment of <br /> $4, 143 . 75 ; (3 ) approved the total cost of the project in the <br /> amount of $ 66,490 . 99 ; and (4) authorized the Chairman to <br /> execute the Change Order, as recommended in the <br /> memorandum of November 16, 2012 . <br /> CHANGE ORDER ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> 8.I.
