Flescher, Vice Chairman Wesley S . Davis, and Commissioners <br /> Peter D . O ' Bryan, Bob Solari, and Tim Zorc. Also present were County Administrator Joseph A. <br /> Baird, County Attorney Alan S . Polackwich, Sr. , and Deputy Clerk Leona Adair Allen. <br /> Chairman Flescher called the meeting to order at 12 :25 p .m . <br /> 15.A. 1.
