FY 2009-2010 RECORDS DISPOSITION COMPLIANCE STATEMENT AND <br />RECORDS MANAGEMENT LIAISON OFFICER FORM- SOLID WASTE <br />DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the Records <br />Disposition Compliance Statements for the penod October <br />1, 2009 through September 30, 2010, and submit the <br />Record Management Liaison Officer (RMLO) form to the <br />Florida Department of State for the Indian River County <br />Solid Waste Disposal District, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of December 1, 2010. <br />ALL BACKUP DOCUMENTATION, RESOLUTIONS, AND ORDINANCES ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD AND ARE HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES <br />16.
