CURRENT COMMITTEE APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING & ZONING <br /> COMMISSION <br /> NOMINATION WAS MADE by Commissioner Flescher, <br /> SECONDED by Commissioner Davis , to appoint Todd A . <br /> Brognano to the Member-at-Large position on the <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission, <br /> NOMINATION WAS MADE by Vice Chairman <br /> Wheeler, SECONDED by Commissioner O ' Bryan, to <br /> appoint Bob Bruce to the Member- at- Large position on <br /> the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> A brief discussion ensued among the Board regarding the applicants . <br /> The Chairman CALLED FOR A VOTE on the nomination <br /> of Todd A . Brognano , and by a 3 -2 vote (Commissioners <br /> Wheeler and O ' Bryan opposed) , the Board appointed <br /> Todd A .
