IRC <br /> PROJECTN6. 1042 <br /> Commissioner O ' Bryan pointed out that this bid award is for installing the field lights at <br /> Vero Beach Sports Village (f/k/a Dodgertown) . He believed that the payment of the City of <br /> Vero Beach Electric Utility Impact Fee of $36 ,670 is a fee that the City of Vero Beach should <br /> share since they are 10% owners of the facility .
