At the request of Commissioner Davis, Commissioner O ' Bryan reiterated his earlier <br /> suggestion to support the suspension of three impact fees for the Correctional Facilities , Public <br /> Buildings, and Solid Waste Facilities for another year, but not suspending the impact fees for <br /> Emergency Services Facilities or Law Enforcement. <br /> MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Davis , <br /> SECONDED by Commissioner Flescher, to suspend three <br /> impact fees : Correctional Facilities Impact Fee, Public <br /> Buildings Impact Fee, and Solid Waste Facilities Impact <br /> Fee, for one year. <br /> A brief discussion ensued among the Commissioners regarding the motion, and manning <br /> required for new fire stations . <br /> The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br /> Motion carried by a 4- 1 vote (Chairman Solari opposed) . <br /> The Board authorized staff to advertise for a Public <br /> Hearing to amend the Temporary Suspension of Impact <br /> Fees Ordinance ; to extend the current suspension of three <br /> impact fees : Correctional Facilities Impact Fee , Public <br /> Buildings Impact Fee, and Solid Waste Facilities Impact <br /> Fee, from April 1 , 2011 to March 31 , 2012 . <br /> ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Wheeler, SECONDED <br /> by Chairman Solari , the Board unanimously directed staff <br /> to begin an impact fee study, and bring it back to the <br /> Board with a report showing an estimated cost and <br /> timeframe . <br /> February 1 , 2011 19 <br />
