3 <br /> Finance Director Diane Bernardo and Director Brown spoke about the findings of the <br /> audit; the annual and heavily audited Section 8 Program; the Housing Authority having a no <br /> personal check acceptance policy ; internal control deficiencies ; and the audit findings for the <br /> 2008 and 2009 Financial Reports . <br /> Freddie Wolfork, thanked the Commissioners for meeting with the various entities to <br /> work out the specifics , and for extending the timeframe to April 15 , 2011 . <br /> The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br /> Motion carried unanimously. The Board approved : <br /> ( 1 ) the changes as specified and recommended on pages <br /> 82 and 83 of the Agenda Packet (with the exception of a <br /> final decision on Section 8) , and; (2) to postpone the <br /> implementation deadline from April 1 , 2011 to April 15 , <br /> 2011 , with the option to extend, if needed. <br /> The Chairman called a break at 12 : 28 p. m, and reconvened the Meeting at 12 : 38 p. m. , <br /> with all members present. <br /> 12.
