Polackwich, Sr . , and Deputy Clerk Leona Adair Allen. <br /> Chairman Solari called the meeting to order at 1 : 11 p .m . <br /> 15 B 1 A APPROVAL OFMINUTESREGULAR MEETING OFNOVEMBER 2. 2010 <br /> The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br /> Regular Meeting of November 2 , 2010 .
