Commissioner Waddell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption as follows, to -wits WHEREAS, there is a total_ surplus of $500.00 in the Capital Outlay Fund of E County, as provided by .law. Item to Item Transfers ,EXPENDITURES TRANSFERS AIC No. Name To From 362. Other Expense $500.00 621. Repair E Erection to Jail C- Courthouse $500.00 TOTAL $500.00 $500.00 Upon being duly seconded by Commissioner 4arren, the same was unanimously adopted. The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were examined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such Bills and Accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Courtjl� blewarrants', so issuod from the res-pective funds being listed in the Supplemental Min)!t? l;ookinr'ovided AIby the rules of the State'Auditor, reference to such record and the list SO recorded'being made a part of these minutes. The County Depository filed its monthly statement, showing receipts and dis- bursements of the various funds, which have been audited, were found to be correct. There being no further business, on motion mode, s6conded and ddrried, the Board hien adjourned.
