That no building or structure shall be erected or maintained and no building <br />permit shall issue for the construction of any building or improvement abutting on the pro- <br />posed realignment and relocation of State Road 5 from the North line of the City Limits of the''t' <br />City of Sebastian to the North Limits of Indian Diver County, Florida, within a line perallel <br />to and 60 feet Easterly from said proposed center line of said road and within a line parallel <br />to and 60 feet "desterly from the center line of said proposed road. Said line 60 feet East- <br />ward and parallel to said center line is herewith adopted as the building setback line on the <br />East side of said section of said proposed road and said line parallel to and 60 feet westward. <br />from the center line of said proposed road is herewith established as the building setback <br />line on the West side of said road and no building or structure shall be'erected or maintained <br />and no building permit shall issue for the construction of any building or improvement within <br />said building setback lines herewith established. <br />7. That no building or structure shall be erected or maintained and no building <br />permit shall issue for the construction of any building or improvement abutting on State Road <br />AlA, Indian River County, Florida, from the North line of the City Limits of the City of Vero <br />Beach to the North limits of Indian River County, Florida, on the proposed realignment, re- <br />location and extension of said State Road AIA as the center line thereof now exists on -the <br />ground within a line parallel to and 50 feet Easterly from said proposed center line of said <br />road and within a line parallel to and 50 feet Westerly from the center line of said proposed <br />road.
