DeBraal, Deputy County Attorney <br />Kate Pingolt Cotner, Assistant County Attorney <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Dylan Reingold — County Attorney' <br />DATE: January 16, 2015 <br />RE: <br />Public Hearing for Amendment to Section 100.03 "Amendment <br />or Repeal of Ordinances" of Chapter 100 "General Provisions" <br />of the Code of Indian River County, Codifying and Publishing <br />the Ordinances to Readopt the Code up to and Including <br />Supplement 106 <br />Section 125.68(1)(a), Florida Statutes requires counties to maintain a <br />current codification of all ordinances and an annual publication of such <br />codification by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />FUNDING: There is no additional cost associated with this item. <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br />Open the public hearing, take public comment, close the public hearing, <br />and adopt the ordinance to codify and publish the ordinances published in <br />The Code of Indian River County up to and including Supplement 106. <br />/nhm <br />Attachment: proposed ordinance <br />u_b l fese &rri n9 <br />
