Revenue Manual <br />General Fund <br />Sales and Use Taxes (FKA Pari-Mutuel Tax) <br />Fund 001 <br />REVENUE <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />Each year, the sum of $29,915,500 is divided into as many equal parts as there are <br />counties in the state. <br />LEGAL AUTHORIZATION Florida Statute Sections 212.20(6)(d)6.a. <br />FOR COLLECTION: <br />SPECIAL <br />REQUIREMENTS: <br />All Counties are eligible to receive proceeds. <br />SOURCE: <br />State receives sales and use tax collections.
