ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Zorc, the Board unanimously authorized <br />staff to advertise for a public hearing to extend the current <br />suspension of three impact fees for Correctional Facilities, <br />Public Buildings, and Solid Waste Facilities, from April 1, <br />2014 to March 31, 2015, or until the new impact fee <br />schedule is approved and becomes effective, whichever <br />occurs first, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />January 23, 2014. <br />Attorney Reingold said he would work with staff on the ordinance to ensure there are no <br />impairment of contract issues. <br />12.B.
