Zito, Assistant County Administrator <br />Subject: <br />Approval of License Agreement for New Resident Sheriff's Deputy at <br />Fairgrounds Complex <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Parks Division has been notified that the security tenant at the Fairgrounds is retiring and <br />Indian River County Sheriff's Deputy Harrington has purchased the mobile home. Deputy <br />Harrington is qualified to assume the former Deputy's role and is currently assigned a marked take <br />home patrol car. The attached License Agreement designates Deputy Harrington as the Licensee <br />under same terms and conditions as other licensees recently approved by the Board <br />FUNDING: <br />The County s 50% cost share .for the electric is funded out the General Fund Parks Division <br />Account #00121072-034310 and will not exceed $75 per month.
