The attached entry appropriates funding for these <br />projects in various funds for a total of $213,740 for fiscal year 2013-2014. <br />2. With the Building Department's upgrade of an e -permitting system, replacement printers are <br />needed, along with a large format printer. Additionally some computer upgrades are needed <br />to review building plans from computer workstations. The annual subscription fee is $19,950 <br />for FY 13/14 Funding in the amount of 29,165 is available from Bldg Department -Cash <br />Forward -Oct 1st <br />3. On October 22, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners approved a grant award agreement <br />for restoration of the Archie Smith Fish house and associated structures of $49,500. The <br />attached entry will provide the match of $49,500 from the Environmental Land Bond Fund. <br />4. On November 12, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners approved an FDEP Grant <br />Agreement for the repair of the Sector 3 Beach and Dune Restoration following Hurricane <br />Sandy. The grant commits up to $5,400,000 with a local share of $2,700,000. The attached <br />entry appropriates funding from Beach Restoration Fund. <br />5. On January 7, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners approved Community Emergency <br />Response Team (CERT) sub grant in the amount of $11,200. The attached entry appropriates <br />the funding <br />6. On December 10, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners approved a Section 5311 grant <br />in the amount of $ 69 339 and a Section 5307 Block grant in the amount of $369,707 through <br />FDOT for the Community Transportation Coordinator, the Senior Resource Association. The <br />attached entry appropriates these grants. <br />7. On December 10, 2013 the Board of County Commissioners approved additional funding in <br />the amount of $34,000 from Optional Sales Tax for room renovations at Historic Dodgertown. <br />It has become apparent that these expenses will not be classified as capital and therefore <br />cannot be funded by Optional Sales Tax. The attached entry appropriates funding in the <br />amount of $34,000 from General Fund/Reserve for Contingency. <br />139 <br />
