AND INDIAN <br />RIVER BLVD FROM C/I, COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL TO M-1, MEDIUM DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL -1 (UP TO 8 UNITS PER ACRE) ; AND TO SIMULTANEOUSLY <br />REDESIGNATE ±8 3 ACRES LOCATED SOUTHEAST CORNER OF INDIAN RIVER <br />BLVD. AND 53RD STREET FROM M-1, MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL -1 (UP TO 8 <br />UNITS PER ACRE), TO CII, COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL; AND PROVIDING <br />CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The forgoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner and seconded by <br />Commissioner and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Peter O'Bryan, Chairman <br />Wesley S.
