DeBraal - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: January 29, 2014 <br />S UBJECT: Notice of Closed Attorney Client Session Scheduled for February 11, <br />2014 Relating to a Pending Case Filed Against Indian River County with <br />respect to the Oslo Road Boat Ramp <br />N otice is hereby given that the Indian River County Attorney desires an attorney client <br />session with the Board of County Commissioners at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday February <br />11, 2014 regarding a pending case against Indian River County styled <br />Pelican Island Audubon Society, Dr. Richard Baker, and Dr. David Cox v. <br />Indian River County and St. Johns River Water Management District, <br />pending with the State of Florida Division of Administrative Hearings, <br />DOAH Case No. 13-3601 <br />The subject matter of the meeting will be settlement negotiations and strategy relating to <br />litigation expenditures The session will commence at an open meeting in the County <br />Commission Chambers located on the first floor of Building A of the County <br />Administration Complex, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida will continue at a closed <br />meeting in the County Commissioners' Conference Room located on the second floor of <br />B uilding A of the County Administration Complex and will terminate at an open meeting <br />in the County Commission Chambers. The estimated time of the attorney client session <br />is thirty (30) minutes Present at the meeting will be Commission Chairman Peter D. <br />O'Bryan, Commission Vice Chairman Wesley S.
