City of Vero Beach — FPL Electric Utility Sale <br />(memorandum dated April 5, 2016) 27-28 <br />County Attorney Dylan Reingold respectfully requested to speak <br />before the City Council of Vero Beach on April 19, 2016, on the City <br />of Vero Beach (City Council) — FPL electric utility sale.
