Commissioner Solari added that the affordable housing groups in the community need to <br />become involved, because the extra costs are going to affect programs like the Neighborhood <br />Stabilization Program (NSP). <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and by a 4-1 <br />vote (Commissioner Solari opposed), the Board adopted <br />Ordinance 2012-005, amending Indian River County <br />Code Chapter 401, Building Codes, to adopt the updated <br />2010 Florida Building Code; providing for codification; <br />providing for severability; and providing for an effective <br />date. <br />The Chairman called a recess at 12:45 p. m., and reconvened the meeting at 12:54 p. m., <br />with all members present. <br />10.B.
