0 Pursuant to the foregoing Notice the following Resolution was unanimously adopted upon Motion of Commissioner Watts seconded by Commissioner Waddell. R E S O L U T I O N BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith find and determine as follows: 1. That John T. Ezell filed a petition before this Board on the 1st day of September, 1953, at a meeting of said Board requesting this Board to adopt a resolution closing, vacating, and abolishing the public roads, streets or highways designated as canal Plat of Ammoniate Products Corporation's Subdivision of Lot V, filed September 18, 1925, and recorded in Plat Book 1, page 17, public records of Indian River County, Florida;
