<br />Further clarifying the letter of the Board of County Commissioners of Cactober
<br />12, 19631 with respect to the above right of way, we advise as follows:
<br />In paragraph 3 of the letter of October 12th pertaininU to the parking area
<br />in !front!- of the building, the .Vest line of this parking area will be at an elevation to per-
<br />mit a continuation of the slope from the curb line to the West line of the sidewalk at the
<br />same angle. Then the plant area will be level with the elevation of the West line -of -the
<br />parking area to the building. If the plant area requires any substantial raising to reach,
<br />this elevation, then the poinsettias will be removed, the plant area filled and the,poin-
<br />settias replanted.
