Gary Gordon, Supervisor of Elections Manager, displayed a map (on file) of the current <br />54 precincts in Indian River County, and explained how they would be decreased to 36 precincts. <br />Ms. Swan requested the Board's authorization to move forward. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the Supervisor of Elections to move forward <br />with the plan to decrease the number of precincts from 54 <br />to 36, as recommended in the letter dated February 28, <br />2012. <br />10.
