UTILITY CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS - MARCH 2014 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Vice Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously <br />approved the revised Indian River County Department of <br />Utility Services Water, Wastewater and Reclaimed Water <br />Construction Standards — March 2014, as recommended in <br />the memorandum of March 18, 2014. <br />8.P.
