Chairman O'Bryan agreed with the Motion and felt it would be best to try this for one <br />year of observation. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br />Motion carried unanimously. The Boards (1) declared the <br />items on the Excess Equipment List as surplus; <br />(2) authorized the Chairman to execute the Public Surplus <br />Seller Agreement and the Agreement for Payment <br />Processing to enable the Purchasing Division to enroll as a <br />seller with Public Surplus; (3) authorized the Purchasing <br />Division to enroll with GovDeals to enable evaluation of <br />both sites and the ability to utilize the most appropriate <br />vendor; and (4) authorized the Purchasing Division to <br />dispose of excess equipment, excluding vehicles, by <br />online auction. <br />AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />12.F.
