SMITH <br />Clerk to the Board <br />April 15, 2014 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD) met at the <br />County Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, April 15, 2014. <br />Present were Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis, and Commissioners <br />Joseph E Flescher, Bob Solari, and Tim Zorc. Also present were County Administrator Joseph A. <br />Baird, County Attorney Dylan Reingold, and Deputy Clerk Leona Adair Allen. <br />Chairman O'Bryan called the meeting to order at 12:18 p.m. <br />15.B. FINAL PAY TO GEOSYNTEC FOR WORK ORDER No. 7 FOR ONE <br />YEAR GROUNDWATER MONITORING AND REPORTING AND <br />FDEP MEETING ATTENDANCE <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />the final invoice to Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., in the <br />amount of $18,031.97, for closed landfill groundwater <br />testing, as recommended in the memorandum of March <br />31, 2014. <br />April 15, 2014 1 <br />Solid Waste Disposal District <br />
