Administrator Baird suggested that the Board ask the State Legislators to rescind the <br />Heart/Lung Bill. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan suggested that the County try to control claim costs by <br />promoting an annual physical examination, during which a health condition could be detected <br />and treated at the onset.
