Following further discussion, staff projected that the workshop on residential impact fees <br />would be held within 60 days and recommendations presented to the Board within 120 days. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 2014-009, amending Title X, Impact Fees, of <br />the Code of Indian River County, to amend Code Section <br />Appendix A, Impact Fee Schedules, to approve new <br />impact fee schedules for non-residential uses for the <br />unincorporated Indian River County and <br />municipalities; providing for effective date for new impact <br />fee schedules; and providing for codification; and <br />severability. <br />10.A.Z.
