Polackwich, Sr. , provided background on the County ' s <br /> challenge to the City of Fellsmere ' s annual fire protection charge to the County of $ 225 per <br /> hydrant. He stated that subsequent to a court decision to uphold the charge, he entered into <br /> negotiations with Fellsmere ' s City Manager, Jason Nunemaker, to find a way to reduce costs for <br /> County taxpayers .
