Attorney Polackwich directed the Board ' s attention to the second page of the proposed <br /> agreement with Florida Power & Light (FPL) , explained why it was no longer necessary to have <br /> the Contractor Indemnification clause, and advised that the paragraph would be removed from <br /> the final contract . <br /> MOTION WAS AMENDED by Commissioner Solari, <br /> SECONDED by Commissioner Flescher, to delete the <br /> Contractor Indemnification clause on page two of the <br /> Lump Sum Relocation Agreement with Florida Power & <br /> Light (FPL) . <br /> The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and by a 4 -0 <br /> vote (Chairman Wheeler absent) , the amended Motion <br /> carried .
