PROCLAMATIONS AND PRESENTATIONS <br />S.A. PRESENTATION ON MISSION POSSIBLE: LAGOON RESCUE BY LAURIE <br />WYKOFF, TEACHER AND TODD RACINE, PRINCIPAL OF SEBASTL4NRIVER <br />MIDDLE SCHOOL <br />Students introduced their "Mission Possible: Lagoon Rescue" project, explained the <br />concerns over toxins in the lagoon, and cited proposed action plans and policies for cleaning and <br />keeping the Indian River Lagoon healthy. <br />Commissioners thanked the students for their presentation and concerns, and informed <br />the students that the County has been, and will continue to be, actively engaged in a number of <br />projects that remove nitrogen and phosphorous from the lagoon. <br />S.B.
