Chairman O'Bryan asked the County Attorney to include a cover letter with the <br />reimbursement, making it clear that the funds are not an indication of the County's position in <br />the litigation, and that if the County wins its appeal, the State will return the funds expeditiously. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br />Amended Motion carried unanimously. <br />13.B.
