ON MOTION by Vice Chairman O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously <br />approved Change Order No. 1, to Timothy Rose <br />Contracting, Inc., increasing the contract amount by <br />$18,958.90, and adding the additional 15 days to the <br />contract time, the new total contract amount will be <br />$183,344.85, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />May7,2012. <br />9.
