CONSIDERATION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF VERO <br />BEACH FOR A TEMPORARY TRANSIT HUB LOCATED AT THE VERO BEACH <br />MUNICIPAL AIRPORT <br />Director Keating recalled the Board's approval on Apnl 16, 2013, of the temporary <br />location of the GoLine Transit Hub at the Vero Beach Municipal Airport on Pro Flite Drive, <br />contingent upon the successful negotiation of an agreement with the City of Vero Beach. He <br />stated that the proposed license agreement would allow the County to operate the bus line for a <br />24 -month period while the permanent transit hub is being developed on City property that the <br />County would lease west of the Florida East Coast Railroad right-of-way and south of 16th <br />Street. He thereafter presented staff's recommendation for the Board to approve the proposed <br />license agreement with the City of Vero Beach. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Vice Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Temporary License Agreement for Use of <br />Vero Beach Municipal Airport Property, with the City of <br />May 7, 2013 19 <br />SI 143 PG 802 <br />
