INITIAL REVIEW AND CONSIDERATION OF IMPACT FEE SUSPENSION <br />ORDINANCE PERMISSION TO ADVERTISE FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br />County Attorney Alan Polackwich provided background, and reviewed the specifics of <br />the proposed ordinance that would suspend the payment of Impact Fees for a period of eighteen <br />months, and thereafter reinstate them quarterly, in 25% increments. He requested that the Board <br />review the proposed ordinance and decide whether to move forward <br />Commissioner Zorc declared a conflict of interest with this item.
