John ' s River Water Management District ' s <br /> ( SJRWMD) 2012 Lands Assessment project, and how Florida Statute 373 . 139 governs land <br /> acquisitions by Water Management Districts . He offered to come back to the Board with <br /> preliminary results in advance of any action to ensure the Board of County Commission remains 5 <br /> informed . <br /> Commissioner Davis requested SJRWMD reconsider opening the All -Terrain Vehicle <br /> (ATV) trails in the Herky Huffman/Bull Creek Wildlife Management area without allowing <br /> hunting . Mr. Christianson said this would be reviewed . <br /> Vice Chairman O ' Bryan advocated Mr . Christianson ' s return to the Board with <br /> information and updates on impacted County lands . <br /> S. D.
