He <br /> reported that at its May 22 , 2012 public hearing, the Board approved transmittal of the <br /> amendments to State and Regional review agencies and that this is the second and final public <br /> hearing to consider adoption of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment . He thereafter conveyed <br /> the recommendations of both the Planning and Zoning Commission and staff for the Board to <br /> adopt the proposed ordinances (2) amending the Future Land Use Map and associated rezonings <br /> of each site . <br /> The Chairman opened the Public Hearing .
