Present were Chairman Joseph E . <br /> Flescher, Vice Chairman Wesley S . Davis, and Commissioners Peter D . O ' Bryan, Bob Solari , <br /> and Tim Zorc . Also present were County Administrator Joseph A. Baird, Management and <br /> Budget Director Jason Brown, County Attorney Dylan T. Reingold, and Deputy Clerk Leona <br /> Adair Allen. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING -SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT (S .W.D .D .) <br /> PROOF OF PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR HEARING IS ON FILE IN THE <br /> OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> At 1 : 30 p .m . , the Chairman convened the Public Hearing for the Solid Waste Disposal <br /> District for Fiscal Year 2013 -2014 . <br /> Administrator Baird, using a PowerPoint presentation (on file), reported that the 2013 - <br /> 2014 SWDD proposed budget of $ 11 ,200 , 862 , was an increase of $ 112 ,461 from last year; and <br /> listed the following proposed Solid Waste Disposal District rates : <br /> • Residential Equivalent Residential Unit (E . R.U . ) - $ 44 . 29 , an increase of $ 1 . 89 <br /> • Commercial Waste Generation Unit (W.
