AS -BUILT RESOLUTION AND FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR ASPHALT <br />MILLING IMPROVEMENTS TO 777' PLACE FROM 63RD AVENUE TO 60m <br />AVENUE IN THE PINE TREE PARK SUBDIVISION IRC PROJECT Na 1212 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Solari, the Board unanimously approved <br />Resolution 2013-060, certifying "as -built" costs for <br />certain asphalt milling improvements to 7th place west of <br />63"' Avenue to 60th Avenue, in the Pine Tree Park <br />Subdivision — IRC Project No. 1212, and other <br />construction necessitated by such project; providing for <br />formal completion date, and date for payment without <br />penalty and interest. <br />12.J. UTILITIES SERVICES <br />12.1.1. WORK ORDER No. 5 - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO KIMLEY-HORN & <br />ASSOCIATES, INC.
