SHADYACRES WATER ASSESSMENT PROJECT. APPROVAL OF <br /> RETAINING UTILITY LABOR CONTRACTOR TO CONSTRUCT THE WATER <br /> SYSTEM <br /> MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Flescher, <br /> SECONDED by Vice Chairman O ' Bryan, to approve <br /> staff' s recommendation . <br /> Commissioner Solari wanted to make sure that the residents of Shady Acres understand <br /> they would have to pay for an entirely new water line, should they decide to add fire protection <br /> services to the water service . <br /> Director Olson confirmed that the residents have been apprised of the pros and cons of <br /> the project, and want to proceed . <br /> The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br /> Motion carried unanimously .
