Penny Chandler, Indian River County Chamber of Commerce, recalled past struggles to <br />accommodate CVS when they moved to the community, and voiced enthusiasm for the proposed <br />amendment. <br />There were no additional speakers, and the Chairman closed the Public Hearing. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner O'Bryan, <br />SECONDED by Chairman Flescher, to adopt Ordinance <br />2013-010, concerning amendments to its Land <br />Development Regulations (LDRs); providing for <br />amendments to Chapter 911, Zoning by amending the <br />West County Industrial Park Height Exception <br />Regulations of Section 911.15; and by providing for repeal <br />of conflicting provisions, codification, severability, and <br />effective date. <br />A brief discussion ensued about the advantages of having CVS in the County. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />1O.A.3.
