adopted.by the City Council of said City, reciting that said City has no present or prospective <br />use for public purposes of the parcels of property hereinafter described and releasing all claim <br />of said City thereto and requesting and authorizing that this Board revoke its dedication of <br />said parcels of property herewith described for public use and purposes, and to thereupon <br />handle and dispose thereof as provided by said Chapter 22079; therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, does hereby revoke its dedication for public use and purposes of the parcels of pro- <br />perty hereinafter described,.and does herewith instruct the Clerk of this Board and the Clerk <br />of the -Circuit Court of Indian River.County, Florida to cause his records to show accordingly, <br />and to cause said parcels of property to be made available for sale as provided by said <br />Chapter 22079 of the Laws of Florida, and to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to. <br />the Tax Assessor of Indian River County, and to the Tax Assessor of the City of Vero Beach, <br />Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of, the Circuit Court, in.determining the <br />is basis and minimum price for which the lands hereinafter described shall be offered for sale, <br />shall compute the area of each of said parcels and the total area of the parcel or lot of <br />which it is a part, obtain the percentage that the area of which dedication is herewith revoked <br />bears to the total area of the pacel or lot of which it is a part; said percentage shall <br />thereupon be applied to the,total base or minimum price fixed by law for said ..entire parcel or <br />lot, and the result shall be the minimum price for which said parcel, dedication of which is <br />herewith revoked, shall be offered for sale. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the parcels of property, the dedication of which <br />is herewith and hereby revoked, are those parcel of property situated in Veromar Subdivision, <br />a subdivision in Indian River County, Florida, as per recorded plat thereof, and as specifically <br />described as follows, to -wit: <br />The North 60 feet of Lot B. Block 1, Veromar Sub- <br />division Plat No. 1, according to plat thereof re- <br />corded in Plat Book 1, page 88, in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />Upon being duly.seconded by Commissioner Watts, the same was unanimously <br />adopted. <br />- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br />The Board proceeded to and did name and select the following persons as Clerk <br />and Inspectors of the several voting precincts of the County to hold and conduct the Second <br />Primary election to be held Tuesday, May 25, 1954, as follows: <br />Voting Place: Community.
