AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />2011-2012 STATE O <br />DEP. <br />OF HEAL <br />CT <br />Commissioner O'Bryan commended Miranda Swanson, Health Department, and her staff <br />for their excellent j ob performance. <br />8.H. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Vice Chairman Wheeler, the Board unanimously <br />approved the 2011-2012 State of Florida Department of <br />Health Contract, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />September 6, 2011. <br />CONTRACT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />,'OUNTYAD <br />n <br />'VISTRATOR T� <br />LOSS/REINSURANCE POLICY <br />A KENEWAL <br />�E COUNTY'. <br />Human Resources Director Jim Sexton provided a summary of the 2011-2012 Renewal <br />Agreement with Symetra Financial for the County's Excess Loss/Reinsurance Policy. He <br />explained the excess loss/reinsurance program, the available alternatives, and why staff <br />recommends approval of Alternate No. One (pages 79 — 80 of the Agenda Packet). <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the County Administrator to execute the <br />Renewal Agreement for Alternate One with Symetra <br />Financial for the County's Excess Loss/Reinsurance <br />Policy for FY 2011-2012, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of September 6, 2011. <br />September 13, 2011 <br />7 <br />�� 14 i PG 368 <br />
