Kratman : <br /> We hereby provide our proposal for engineering consulting services to prepare an <br /> engineering study for the initial environmental permitting services required to begin <br /> development of the Northern Expansion property in accordance with the approved Master <br /> Plan. Initial development of this property is beginning now and will continue to occur over <br /> the next 10 years . Substantial environmental permitting is required to mitigate for planned <br /> impacts to wetlands and waters of the state (C-5 Canal) on the Northern Expansion area . This <br /> ERP permitting will be done in two stages . The first stage is permitting the entire system with <br /> a conceptual Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) . That is the purpose of this proposal. <br /> Then Indian River County will permit the initial construction of the Northern Expansion Area <br /> with a Phase 1 Construction ERP . That work will come in a proposal to follow this one . <br /> The permitting services for this project will include : <br /> ■ Preparation of a Conceptual ERP application and US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) <br /> Individual Permit (IP) application. <br /> ■ Preparation of a wetland mitigation plan for impacts to existing wetlands on the Northern <br /> Expansion property . <br /> ■ Onsite landfill stormwater management system planning and conceptual stormwater <br /> layout for the entire landfill. <br /> rb4508. doc <br /> consulting • engineering • construction • operations <br />
