this Board having accepted the same and having found them to be proper; Now, therefore,

<br />1. Estimates having been made by the Board of Commissioners of gI�VE,R_
<br />MOSQUITO CONTROL pISBICT-, and a certified copy of the Resolution filed with this Board, as
<br />required by law, and as estimated by the Board of Commissioners, It is determined and hereby
<br />declared that a tax rate of Six and five -tenths (6.5) mills upon the dollar be levied, and
<br />Is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1954, on all of the property taxable for such pur-
<br />pose as provided by law in the County of Indian River, lying and being within the boundaries
<br />of said Indian River Mosquito Control District, the boundaries of said District being de-
<br />scribed as follows, to -wit: All of that territory in Indian River County, Florida, included within
<br />the boundaries described as follows, to -wit: Begin at a point where the South Boundary line
<br />of Indian River County. Florida, intersects the Atlantic Ocean; thence run West along the
<br />South boundary line of Indian River County, Florida, to the Southwest corner of Section 319
<br />Township 33 South, Range 36 East; thence run North along the range line dividing Range 35
<br />East and Range 36 East to the Northwest corner of Section 6, Township 33 South, Range 36 East,
<br />and which corner is on the boundary line dividing Township 32 South and Township 33 South;
<br />thence run East on the boundary line d1VidinV Township 33 South and Township 32 South to the
<br />Southwest corner of Section 36, Township 32 South, Range 38 East; thence run North to the
<br />Northwest corner of Section 36, Township 31 South, Range 38 East; .thence run West to the
<br />Southwest corner of Section 26, Township 31 South, Range 38 East; thence run North to the
<br />Northwest corner of Section 23, Township 31 South, Range 38 East; thence run West to the
<br />Fleming Grant line and the Southwest corner of Government Lot 3, Section 15, Township 31
<br />South, Range 38 East; thence run Northeast along the Fleming Grant line to the East corner
<br />of Fleming Grant Section 26, thence run Northwest to the nest corner of Fleming Grant Section
<br />27; thence run Northeast to the North corner of Fleming Grant Section 27; thence run Northwest
<br />to the Vest corner of Fleming Grant Section 23; thence run Northeast along the boundary line
<br />of said Fleming Grant Section 23 to the North boundary line of Indian River County,.Florida;
<br />thence run Easterly along the following the North boundary line of Indian River County,
<br />Florida. to the Atlantic Ocean and the East boundary line of Indian River County. Florida;
<br />thence run Southerly along the following the Easterly boundary line of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, to the point of beginning.
<br />2. Estimates having been made by the Board of Commissioners of SE.BAjjLAkj INLET
<br />DISTBICT and a certified copy of Resolution filed with this Board as required by law and as
<br />estimated by said Board of Commissioners, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate
<br />of Three (3) mills upon the dollar be levied and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year
<br />1954 on all of the property in th,e County of Indian River lying and being in the boundaries
<br />of said Sebastian Inlet District, which said boundaries are as follows, to -wit: All that
<br />part of Indian River County which comprised and made up the first Commissioner's District
<br />of St. Lucie County, Florida, as located and established upon the passage of Chapter 7976,
<br />Laws of Florida, Acts of 1919 as amended, which said levy shall be used as a maintenance
<br />fund for the purposes authorized and prescribed in the Act creating said District; namely,
<br />Section 15, Chapter 79769 Laws of Florida, as amended by Chapter 12259 of the Laws of Florida.

<br />hereby fixed and .imposed and assessed for the year 1954, on all of the property in the County
<br />of Indian River lying and being within the boundaries of aid Central and. Southern Florida
