No concrete shall be placed/poured without prior notice to the Owner and <br /> the Architect. All concrete is to be placed in a continuous operation. <br /> 2 . All form work shall conform to the shape and dimensions as shown on the <br /> drawings . The Contractor is to properly brace and tie water-tight the form <br /> work so as to insure dimensional stability and safety . The Contractor shall <br /> wet down the forms until permitted to do so by the Architect. Any defective <br /> concrete or concrete surfaces that are out of alignment, shall be removed <br /> and replaced . All such repair work shall be accomplished by approved <br /> concrete repair methods . <br /> 3 . Unless specified elsewhere on the drawings, all concrete shall be of a <br /> design-mix to achieve ' a comprehensive strength of 3 , 000 P . S . I . at 28 days . <br /> No retempered or contaminated concrete will be allowed. All concrete shall <br /> be placed within 90 minutes of dispatch time . <br /> 4 . Reinforcement shall be cleaned of all scale and excessive rust . All <br /> reinforcement shall be set with the standard accessories per A . C .
