FY0344 MEASURABLE OUTCOMES (Entire Section D not to exceed two pages) <br /> FY03-04 OUTCOMES ACTIVITIES <br /> Add all the elements for the Measurable Outcome(s) Add the tasks to accomplish the Outcomes) <br /> 1 . To maintain an average daily attendance of Distribute Membership Recruitment Flyers <br /> enrolled boys & girls Club members 100% in the schools to announce after school <br /> (75 ) as reported by the 2003 -2004 year end program in the beginning of the school year <br /> average daily attendance totals . Baseline : and summer programs at end of the school <br /> 2002 -2003 average daily attendance totals . year. <br /> • Offer membership fees at $ 5 . 00 a school <br /> year and $30 a summer. <br /> • Provide transportation after school through <br /> Indian River County School District to the <br /> Boys & Girls Club . <br /> • Offer Youth Service Activities once a week <br /> that guide and foster a greater <br /> understanding and appreciation for <br /> diversity among Club members ages 6 - 18 . <br /> 2 . To decrease juvenile crime rates of enrolled Provide daily diversion activities at the <br /> 10 - 17 year old Club Members to less than Club to channel youth energies into a <br /> 3 % compared to non-club members which is positive direction . Games room <br /> 7% as reported by the 2000 -2001 juvenile tournaments and out door playground <br /> arrests .
