schedule. If the Project is determined not to be progressing on schedule, a revised payment schedule <br /> shall be developed that is acceptable to both parties. If the Project Contract obligations are met and <br /> the Project closes out prior to the twenty four month ending date, the Administrator will be paid the <br /> sum remaining in the Agreement upon submission of the close out and the final approval of the close <br /> out by DCA. Any travel requested by the Local Government specified in writing as being <br /> reimbursable shall be paid in accord with Section 112.061, Florida Statutes. All requests for payment <br /> shall be submitted by the Administrator in detail sufficient for a proper pre-audit and post audit <br /> review. Travel time and mileage from the Administrator's place of business to the Project Site or to <br /> the Local Government Administration building shall not be reimbursable. <br /> ARTICLE 5 <br /> CITIZENS PARTICIPATION <br /> It is understood between the parties that both the Local Government and the Administrator shall <br /> encourage continuous participation in the Project by the citizens of the area. It is further understood <br /> that the Administrator shall be responsible for preparing and placing adequate advertising of the <br /> Project. It is understood that funds for such advertising shall be paid from the Project grant funds. <br /> The Administrator shall be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings of the Local <br /> Government Citizens Advisory Task Force(CATF). It shall be the responsibility of the Local <br /> Government to furnish a location for such meetings. <br /> ARTICLE 6 <br /> LOCAL GOVERNMENT CONTACT PERSON <br /> The contact person who will represent the Local Government in all matters pertaining to the <br /> Project shall be Mr. Randy Deshazo, Economic Development Planner, or his Designee. <br />
