Y r <br /> ARTICLE 17 <br /> ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTICE <br /> REGARDING LEGAL FEES,ADVERTISING AND AUDITS <br /> It is understood between the Local Government and the Administrator that the Administrator will <br /> not be responsible for Project legal fees, advertising or audit costs associated with the Project. <br /> ARTICLE 18 <br /> SOURCE OF FUNDING <br /> The sole source of payment for this Agreement is the funding received through the Community <br /> Development Block Grant program and/or portion of any funding grants leveraged from it. The <br /> obligations of both parties to this Agreement are contingent upon the funding of the Project Agreement by <br /> annual appropriation of the Legislature. <br /> ARTICLE 19 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE <br /> If the compensation to be paid under this Agreement exceeds $100,000.00, the Administrator shall <br /> comply with all applicable standards, orders, or requirements issued under Section 306 of Clean Air Act <br /> (42 USC 1857(h)), Section 508 of the Clean Water Act (33 USC 1368), Executive Order 11738, and the <br /> U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulations (40 CFR Part 15). The Administrator shall include <br /> this clause in any subcontracts which exceeds $100,000.00. <br /> ARTICLE 20 <br /> ENERGY EFFICIENCY <br /> The Administrator shall comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy <br /> efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan in compliance with the Energy Policy <br /> and Conservation Act(Public Law 94-163). <br />
