List staffing needed for your program, including required experience and estimated <br /> hours per week in program for each staff member and/or volunteers (This section <br /> should conform with the information in the Position Listing on the Budget Narrative <br /> Worksheet). <br /> Portion of Salary : Bookkeeper ( 1 ) : Responsible for organization of records and administration <br /> of payments to contracted personnel and program related expenses . Keeps records pertaining to <br /> all grant expenditures, prepares request for reimbursements and quarterly reports. 3 % of time <br /> (5hours per month) _ $ 840 <br /> Professional Fees : Camp Director ( 1 ) : Reports to Executive Director. Experience required with <br /> arts and education, organizes classes and locations of classes, represents Cultural Council with <br /> instructors, parents and students . Assists parents with locations and transportation. Coordinates <br /> evaluation administration and collects required documentation from instructors and students . <br /> Required : Bachelor' s Degree; Contracted Position for 518 hours for entire project. Prorated over <br /> the months of April ( 13 ), May (52), June ( 150) & August ( 125 ) $ 16 . 50 per hour = $ 8547 <br /> Producers (3) : Reports to Camp Director. Each responsible for cohesiveness of a discipline : <br /> Visual, Musical, Performing . Each producer coordinates the efforts of each art instructor in their <br /> area, troubleshoots logistical concerns, prepares supplies . 110 hours Total $ 15 per hour = $4950 <br /> Arts Instructors (16) : Reports to Producer in specified area. Provides lessons in a specific <br /> discipline such as visual, musical or performing arts . Assists with administering evaluations, <br /> required documentation and reports . Determines need for supplies and materials within the <br /> budgetary guidelines . Responsible to Camp Director & Producer and to keep the Cultural <br /> Council informed of any concerns or changes in their classes . Maintain a group of children, <br /> works a team member towards a common goal; field trip supervision and art instruction. <br /> Participates in pre-camp preparation. Required : Experience teaching art to children, experience <br /> with a specific artistic skill. Contracted Position for 30 hours Total = $ 8640 <br /> Program Evaluator ( 1) : Reports to Executive Director. Administers evaluation of program, <br /> interprets findings and screens for potential mental health risk factors for referral . Required : <br /> Bachelor' s degree in Psychology or related field, Advanced Degree in Counseling, Registered <br /> Art Therapist. Contracted Position for 20 Hours Total. @$20 per hour = $400 <br /> Contracted Staff: Supervisors ( 16) : Reports to Producer in specified area. Responsible for <br /> assisting Arts Instructors and supervising a group of children. Assists with children needing <br /> special assistance or attention in the group . 40 hours per week for two weeks . 80 hours total; <br /> Total= $ 12, 800 <br /> Administrative Counselor ( 1 ) : Reports to Camp Director. Responsible for attendance and food <br /> service records . Manages arriving campers and departing campers . Coordinates field trips and <br /> transportation issues . 95 hours for total project $ 15 per hour Total $ 1425 <br /> 5. How will the target population be made aware of the program ? <br /> Summer Cultural Camp applications are sent to all previous campers, all schools in Indian River <br /> County, Youth Guidance, Gifford Youth Activities Center, Boys & Girls Clubs, Dasie <br /> Bridgewater Hope Center, Children' s Home Society, Homeless Assistance Center. <br /> 6. How will the program be accessible to target population (i. e. location, transportation , <br /> hours of operation) ? <br /> Children will either take a bus to their location and parents/guardians will pick them up, or <br /> parents/guardians provide transportation.
